Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level STIBO Systems professional to support both project-based STIBO portfolio initiatives and ongoing operational support. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving master data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems. The role requires strong hands-on experience with STIBO STEP, deep MDM knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot, customize, and optimize the platform in a fully onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite STIBO support and expertise starting Day 1.
  • Support current and upcoming STIBO portfolio projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve STIBO platform and related operational issues.
  • Maintain and improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency across enterprise systems.
  • Support enterprise-wide data governance and Master Data Management processes.
  • Build or support custom logic and automation using JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
  • Support backend data processes using SQL, including stored procedures and triggers.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with STIBO Systems, including direct experience with STIBO STEP.
  • A strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript or a similar scripting language for STIBO customization and automation.
  • Strong SQL knowledge, including data abstraction layers, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data issues and implement scalable MDM solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving STIBO-related production or operational issues.
  • Must be able to work fully onsite from the start of the engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise data governance initiatives.
  • A background in data quality improvement projects.
  • Experience with ongoing support and project implementation in the same role.
  • Experience working in large, complex environments with multiple integrated systems.
