Role: STIBO MDM Developer

Location: Houston, TX – 5 days onsite

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

A Stibo MDM job description requires experience with the Stibo STEP platform for Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM). Responsibilities include designing data models and workflows, customizing Stibo STEP, integrating it with other systems (like ERP or CRM), implementing data governance and quality processes, and performing complex data transformations. Technical skills typically include  SQL, XML, JSON, and knowledge of data integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.
  • Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.
  • Data Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Stibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.
  • MDM/PIM Concepts: A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.
  • Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.
  • Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
