Key Responsibilities UI Development & Configuration Build and customize STEP WebUI components for business users. Configure workflows, portals, and dashboards to streamline data management. Implement business rules, actions, and validations within the STEP platform. Workflow & Process Management Design and enhance STEP workflows to support enterprise MDM processes. Provide ongoing support for enhancements, break/fix work, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integration & Technical Work Develop integrations using SOAP/RESTful web services. Work with XML, XSD, JSON, and JavaScript for STEP configurations. Ensure scalability and performance of STEP solutions across large datasets. Collaboration & Consulting Partner with solution architects and business analysts to deliver well-designed configurations.
