Position Overview: Brick House Coach/Mentor

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Recovery Knowledge: A deep understanding of the twelve steps, spiritual principles of recovery, and emotional sobriety are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration with the team.
  • Technological Proficiency: Basic computer and technology skills are necessary for managing client documentation and communication.
  • Personal Recovery Journey: Must be a sober person in recovery for at least 18 months, actively participating in a recovery program through sponsorship, meetings, and other recovery-related activities.
