Work Environment

Located in the picturesque community of Little Lake, our outpatient facility fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere for both staff and patients. Our well-equipped clinic features a range of tools and technology to assist in rehabilitation, including state-of-the-art equipment and a user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically WebPT. As a full-time staff member, you will work from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, maintaining a balanced caseload that allows focused, individualized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will involve:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
  • Designing and implementing customized therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs and recovery goals.
  • Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and physical interventions, ensuring proper form to maximize effectiveness and minimize risk of injury.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A valid Michigan Physical Therapy license.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
