Located in the picturesque community of Little Lake, our outpatient facility fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere for both staff and patients. Our well-equipped clinic features a range of tools and technology to assist in rehabilitation, including state-of-the-art equipment and a user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically WebPT. As a full-time staff member, you will work from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, maintaining a balanced caseload that allows focused, individualized patient care.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Designing and implementing customized therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs and recovery goals.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and physical interventions, ensuring proper form to maximize effectiveness and minimize risk of injury.
• Effectively communicating treatment plans not only with patients but also with their families to ensure a comprehensive understanding of recovery expectations.
• Collaborating with clinical staff to devise and refine treatment strategies, ensuring optimal recovery pathways for our patients.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed EMR notes, leveraging systems like WebPT to track progress and outcomes efficiently.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients ranging from post-surgical individuals to those navigating chronic pain conditions. Our focus on orthopedic rehabilitation means you will encounter a variety of musculoskeletal issues, allowing you to develop a broad skill set while playing an integral role in patient journeys from pain to strength.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A valid Michigan Physical Therapy license.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A strong manual therapy skillset to facilitate hands-on treatments.
• Exceptional communication skills and clinical judgment for patient interactions and treatment planning.

While prior outpatient experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and be open to continual learning and growth within the field.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and education level. Additional benefits include:
