POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking STEM Teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and hands‑on learning. Our students come from homeschool, after‑school, and neurodivergent communities. 
This role combines STEM instruction, tutoring, and student support in a high‑quality learning environment. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support coding, robotics, and engineering workshops for K–8 students 
  • Deliver hands‑on STEM lessons aligned with curriculum standards 
  • Provide individual and small‑group academic support 
  • Assist students with IEPs or 504 plans using adaptive strategies and positive reinforcement 
  • Offer tutoring support in literacy, math, and STEM for K–12 students 
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment 
  • Assist with lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional materials 
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student success 
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers as needed 
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development 
  • Use tools such as AI, robotics, and immersive technology to enhance learning 
  • Apply multi‑sensory teaching strategies and positive behavior supports 
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, STEM Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 
  • Experience using positive, evidence‑based behavior management strategies 
  • Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities preferred 
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and tutoring strategies 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
