As we continue to grow, we're looking for hardworking individuals to join our construction team with a strong focus on skilled welders who can contribute to both fabrication and field construction projects. If you're a welder whos comfortable on a job site, can read blueprints, and isnt afraid of heights, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values quality and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural and fabrication welding in both shop and field environments.

  • Weld steel components using MIG and/or stick welding techniques, ensuring high-quality, clean welds.

  • Assist with general construction tasks, including framing, steel erection, and assembly of metal structures.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine layout and sequence of operations.

  • Operate a variety of power tools and heavy equipment, including forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts.

  • Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and harness equipment.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

  • Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven welding experience in structural or industrial settings (MIG and/or stick welding).

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and weld symbols.

  • Experience in framing and general construction preferred.

  • Equipment operation experience required (certifications a plus).

  • Comfortable working at heights and in all outdoor conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
