WELDER / FITTER – STRUCTURAL STEEL


FULL-TIME 


4-DAY WORK WEEK


Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Team Miracle Truss is growing and we’re hiring dependable, motivated Welders/Fitters to help build high-quality structural steel frames. If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and want a place to build a career, we’d like to meet you.


Responsibilities:

  • Weld and fit structural steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Work collaboratively in a productive team environment


Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (training available)
  • Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication preferred
  • Welding certification a plus (not required, we can help you earn it)
