Overview

Nevada Department of Transportation, Structures Division, Design Section, is hiring a Professional Engineer in Carson City, NV.

Responsibilities
  • Develop structural design documents and provide construction support services for highway construction projects.
  • Perform structural engineering analysis and design of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and structural steel structures.
  • Perform structural analysis and design of transportation structures using the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Bridge Design Specifications.
  • Coordinate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
