An acclaimed fine-dining steakhouse in Denver is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations and deliver an exceptional culinary experience. We welcome candidates from across the country who are open to relocating to the Denver area.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily BOH operations and service execution
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling
- Develop and mentor culinary team members
- Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Background in fine dining, upscale steakhouses, or luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of steak cookery and classic culinary techniques
- Proven success managing costs and leading teams
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
Compensation & Benefits
