Are you a friendly, positive professional who enjoys helping others? The West Virginia Secretary of State's Business Division is looking for a dedicated Business Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our state's business community, providing expert guidance on filing and processing business organization applications both online and by mail.

  • Serve as a front-line customer service expert in our Call Center, offering clear and friendly assistance to every caller.
  • Process and manage a variety of business filings with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for our online filing systems.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to master all functions within the Business Division.
