Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented State Procurement Agency Administrator to support procurement processes by performing essential administrative tasks and providing resolution support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and be proficient in procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct contract reviews to identify PII concerns.
  • Prepare and post contracts and RFQs to online platforms.
  • Handle support tickets and inquiries for procurement-related issues.
  • Collaborate with requestors for effective guidance and resolution.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with policies.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in procurement or contract management (2+ years).
