  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and lead to confident buying decisions
  • Cross-sell within the existing book to increase account depth and retention
  • Follow up consistently on quotes and pipeline activity to maximize close ratio
  • Build strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Track daily sales activity and production to meet and exceed agency goals
  • Maintain accountability and consistent performance in a remote work environment

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of State Farm agency experience required
  • Previous insurance sales experience required
  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
  • Life & Health license required or willingness to obtain if not already active
  • Strong understanding of State Farm systems, quoting platforms, and agency sales expectations
  • Strong sales mindset with a competitive drive to win
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed production goals
  • Confidence handling objections and asking for the business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and strong in follow-up
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment

Licensing Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required
  • Life & Health license is preferred; willingness to obtain is required if not already active
  • Licensing support may be offered if necessary for candidates who need to obtain additional required licensing

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
  • Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production
  • Remote work opportunity for experienced State Farm agency professionals
  • Growth opportunity within a high-performing agency
  • Supportive team environment with clear expectations and accountability
