Position Overview

Paul Little State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Golden, CO for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is a remote position with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Call prospective customers, explain their coverage choices, and follow through to bind new policies
  • Schedule meetings and walk potential customers through each step of the sale
  • Keep your activity log and sales pipeline current in the agency database
  • Deliver on outreach quotas and monthly sales benchmarks
  • Attend training sessions and work through licensing coursework

Qualifications

  • An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
  • Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
  • Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
  • Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
