Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
Qualifications
- An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
- Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
- Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
- Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
- Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Time) working hours
- Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
- A positive teammate who takes coaching well

Pay range: $55,000-$90,000 per year
This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your performance — top performers exceed this range.
