• Manage a diversified caseload of clients while fostering strong therapeutic alliances built on trust and ethical practice.
• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and make informed decisions about treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and continually adjust individualized, person-centered treatment strategies to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care integration.
• Engage in regular individual supervision meetings to further your professional development and clinical skills.

This role primarily focuses on serving youth and their families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients dealing with psychiatric disorders, emotional disturbances, and substance abuse issues, supporting their journey toward recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements within the clinic’s operational framework.

• At least one year of direct experience working with youth and young adults in mental health settings.
• Strong background in performing clinical assessments and diagnosing mental health conditions.
• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and software for documentation and client management.
