Job description


Orlando Health Medical Group seeks a day shift, on-site or remote, full-time, Nuclear Radiologist with a strong interest in full spectrum of nuclear radiology (high volume PET) join our expanding practice. General/emergency diagnostic imaging may be included if a radiology residency was completed.

Work Schedule & Compensation Options:
We offer a variety of flexible schedules, including both onsite and remote opportunities:

  • Onsite: 220-day shifts/year (200 weekday + 20 weekend shifts) – $600K + $100k starting bonus + bonus opportunities
    Locations include Orlando, Florida’s West Coast, and East Coast.
  • Onsite: 210-day shifts/year (no weekends) - $400K + $100k starting bonus
    Locations include Orlando, Florida’s West Coast and East Coast.
  • Remote: Rotating day shift – 7 days on, 7 days off – $525K + $75K starting bonus + bonus opportunities
  • Remote: Rotating day shift – 5 weekdays on, weekends off, then 7 days straight (Mon-Sun) on, followed by 7 days off (Mon-Sun); 204 shifts/year – $569K + $75k starting bonus + bonus opportunities
  • Remote: Rotating evening shift – 7 days on, 7 days off – $628K + $75K starting bonus + bonus opportunities
  • Remote: Rotating overnight shift – 7 days on, 14 days off – $547K + $100k starting bonus + bonus opportunities

The facilities our Medical Group serves includes Orlando Regional Medical Center, a Level I trauma center, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, Orlando Health Cancer Institute, Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, South Seminole Hospital, South Lake Hospital, St. Cloud Regional Medical Center, Orlando Health’s Health Central Hospital and Bayfront Health Hospital. Additionally, our group proudly serves several free-standing ERs and outpatient imaging centers.

Role Requirements:

  • BE/BC by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Association.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited training program in Diagnostic Radiology Residency 
  • Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one). 
  • We are pleased to announce that we are starting a Diagnostic Radiology Residency. Teaching is optional and is not a requirement. 
  • Not a J-1 visa sponsored position.
