What You’ll Do as a Supervisor:
As a Starbucks Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading shifts and delegating tasks to baristas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Training and coaching team members on beverage standards, customer service, and café procedures.
  • Monitoring quality and consistency of drinks and food items to meet Starbucks brand standards.
  • Handling guest concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
