As a Starbucks Application Developer Sr on the Office of the CTO team, you will . . .
contribute to Starbucks success by delivering and supporting technology solutions for OCTO and Starbucks Technology. The role owns the development, sustainment, and enhancement of reporting dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and operational tools that enable visibility into financials, delivery performance, portfolio health, KPIs, and leadership decision-making. The position ensures reliable data integrity across systems, adapts quickly to emerging technology needs, and supports secure, scalable solutions that keep OCTO-owned tools effective and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics to drive the progress of KPIs and goals of the leadership teams via data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

  • Configure data (both real time and auditable) to be leveraged by ST leaders for decision making

  • Power Platform and Agent Development to drive speed to market for the changing needs of our organization and integrate with enterprise solutions

  • Operational Support and Enhancement of OCTO owned tools (Stage Gates, Cost Op, SHOTs, APIT)

Skills Set
  • Strong experience with Power Apps and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Experience with enterprise data tools (optional)

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology landscape with GenAI

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role.
