Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planned test cases in field and capture observations and device logs.

  • Perform device flashing, sanity testing, functional testing, and performance testing.

  • Identify abnormalities in device behavior from a user as well as call flow perspective.

  • Post process and analyze logs taken during field testing for identifying defects, raising tickets & following up with the relevant teams.

  • Test and evaluate device builds and models from different vendors.

  • Conduct debugging session with vendor teams, provide logs and other data to assist in resolutions

  • Follow field test schedule, planning and execution and in accordance with project's plan and objectives.

  • Coordinate with other team members to resolve issues related to testing.

  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of test equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience with industry standard test tools and processing.

  • Deep knowledge of NR, LTE, VOLTE, and VoWiFi calls flows.

  • Extensive experience with device flashing, sanity testing, functional testing, and performance testing.

  • Experience with functional, KPI and GUI Testing, and application Testing.

  • Solid experience in QXDM & QCAT experience required.

  • Extensive experience with RF testing and troubleshooting.

  • Well versed in client communication and status reporting.

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
