Integration & Test Engineer needed: Scottsdale, AZ. 
 
We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for an Integration & Test Engineer to work in Scottsdale, AZ.  This is a Long-term contract position, and you must be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C.  No exceptions (Sorry)
 
Pay: $40 to $44/hr. D.O.E.    
 
INTEGRATION & TEST ENGINEER 
As an Integration & Test Engineer for Tactical Communications, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for providing rapid prototype mission critical solutions to our customer community. The Lead is responsible for overseeing the integration, verification, and validation of complex embedded systems within the Unified Testing Framework (UTF) environment. This role requires expert-level knowledge of testing methodologies, Python programming, and system integration practices to ensure product quality and reliability.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generation of system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools
  • Development of test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
  • Development of functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems
  • Design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems for all phases of product development
  • Design comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of product functionality
  • Support automated test scripts using Python 3.9+ following GDMS coding standards
  • Implement robust verification and validation methodologies
  • Participate in integration activities between hardware, firmware, and software teams
  • Establish integration procedures that ensure smooth component interaction
  • Support AGILE implementation
  • Create detailed test documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Maintain accurate records of test activities and results

  • Experience with test equipment (signal analyzer, signal generator, USRP)
  • Solid knowledge in use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories 
  • Solid knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages
