DESCRIPTION:
Foxhound Federal seeks a motivated Quality/Test Engineer who will work with program missile design engineers in planning meetings, preparing test scenarios, and coordinating test and range schedules. He/she will also lead range preparation for scheduled range days. During live tests all relevant data will be collected and test reports submitted. The Quality/Test Engineer will identify quality issues, collaborate with the engineering team to determine what fixes are needed and then following adjustments verify that the issues have been corrected. All testing should comply with MIL-STD-810.
The Quality/Test Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring that test equipment meets all calibration standards IAW product specs.
REQUIRED
  • Experience with facilitating daily communications between Program and Test Range
  • Daily Sit-reps
  • Experience with determining testing anomaly or if a break in procedure is requires:
  • Program Leadership inputs for deviation waiver
  • Real-time decision in field
  • nitiate real-time communication when Element deviates from procedure compliance
  • Verify test-setup data collection prior to and after testing
  • All data uploaded to Insight
  • All photos taken
  • All data streams properly label and accounted for
  • Must be eligible to obtain a DoD security clearance
