Edenbrook Rochester, a proud member of the Eden Senior Care network, is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee scheduling, staffing operations, and ensure adequate staffing coverage to support quality resident care.

Position: Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
  • Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner
  • Covering call offs with other staff or agency when applicable.
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
  • Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
  • Utilizing computer software to prepare, change, and update the master schedule
  • Fulfills staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
  • Amenable to cover weekends and holidays
  • On Call Responsibilities

Skills:

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of proven experience in scheduling or as a staffing coordinator
