The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management [Replenishment] is responsible for developing and managing a strategic program roadmap, collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams to drive technology infrastructure and operations initiatives. This role includes overseeing end-to-end execution of projects, from business case development to implementation and reporting, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities also involve managing program intake processes, resourcing, and budgeting / financial tracking, while maintaining best practices in project/program management and agile methodologies.
The position will own Replenishment Technology solutions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Order Management) in Canada, will have SME level understanding of existing technology solutions, driving innovative ideas for unlocking productivity and growth opportunities, will support Technology Operations Team for continuous availability of stable solutions to business operations.

The position may also include building and maintaining a robust technology delivery framework, defining and utilizing standard methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality. The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management may develop tactical plans, track key performance metrics, and communicate program success to senior leadership, addressing roadblocks and proposing solutions to ensure continuous improvement.


Furthermore, the role involves designing strategic product roadmaps, leveraging industry best practices, and driving innovative solutions to improve user satisfaction and engagement. The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management [Replenishment] collaborates with engineering teams to ensure high-performing and stable technology platforms, aligning with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years' related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement and Order Management operations and/or technology management, management consulting or similar domain, with robust understanding of supply chain end to end.
  • 3 years of system implementation experience of leading Supply Chain Planning and Order Management packages in an omnichannel logistics environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates within budget.
  • Experience working in an international context and/or matrixed delivery model
  • Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholders and partners, and influence decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse relationships in business and technology
  • Experience driving technology products using agile methodologies and a design thinking process within large organizations
  • Ability to quickly extract scope/requirements and make strong recommendations
  • Experience and ability to manage and inspire a small team of technical talent
  • Strong analytical skills with both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
