The Opportunity:

  • Be the connective tissue across the organization to keep engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders aligned on priorities, schedule, risks, and progress.
  • Own and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Create and manage cross-team roadmaps, schedule, risks, and issues.
  • Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Establish scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes and schedules.
  • Be a force multiplier by continually improving engineering, product, and operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Help grow the TPM function.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You love working on technical initiatives to build and manage Ad Tech products for ECommerce

  • Experience building scalable, sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules across multiple organizations.
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies including deploying best practices and SDLC processes.
  • 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in ECommerce and Adtech
  • Passionate for learning about technologies and products
