Property Managers SRO Housing Property Managers support Property Management with the operation of an SRO affordable housing building. Responsibilities: Supervise property personnel; Interview and run unlawful detainer searches; Rent/fee collection; Maintain resident files; Manage facility work orders and supply orders; Manage pest control processes; Report writing; Annual re-certification tasks; Tenant conflict resolution; Perform 100% inspections; Manage unit turnover process; Refer residents to supportive services; Serve violations/legal notices; Coordinate move-outs. Requirements: High school diploma or Equivalent; Two or more years of affordable housing experience; Computer literacy; Customer service and property management background.
