Senior Purchasing Manager Trademark Plumbing


Location: Ridgefield, WA
Salary: $40 - $55 per hour DOE

Trademark Plumbing is seeking Senior Purchasing Manager to take ownership of our procurement operation. This role is responsible for ensuring material is purchased accurately, competitively, and delivered on time to support our field teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all purchasing workflows through Kojo
  • Review and convert material requisitions into accurate purchase orders
  • Continuously price check material and maintain pricing consistency across multiple vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale inside sales teams
  • Review quarterly vendor sales reports to drive pricing improvements and accountability
  • Track and manage all orders, deliveries, and backorders to ensure alignment with project schedules
  • Proactively identify and resolve procurement risks before they impact the field
  • Ensure all purchases align with project budgets and aligned vendors
  • Maintain clean and organized purchasing data and systems
  • Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes and standards
  • Lead, manage, and develop purchasing agents to ensure accurate, timely, and accountable procurement execution


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of purchasing experience in construction (plumbing/mechanical preferred)
  • Experience with purchasing software (Kojo or similar platforms preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing accuracy
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to hold vendors accountable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
