Job description

Summary: Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Staff Inspection Program Analyst to support to the U.S. Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission at Fort Benning, GA. The G-3 organization encompasses multi-functional services, with numerous locations across Fort Benning

Critical G-3 functions include Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System. Other Support: Strategic Analysis Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Facilitate scheduling/coordination of staff inspections for the MCoE, ensuring the availability of staff inspection personnel and the unit to be inspected. Prepare Director's office after-actions reviews resulting from staff inspections, and upon review and approval by the Government, provide same to each staff activity IAW current Army doctrine.

Maintain and update the SharePoint and website for staff inspections for the MCoE, at least monthly. Prepare correspondence, reports, surveys, charts, graphs, and tables from rough drafts into final form or intermediate drafts. Process requests for resources and exception to policies for MCoE schools and units for approval by the Director, MCoE G-3 or their designated representative.

Coordinate with TRADOC and MCoE staff sections regarding requests for resources and exception to policies.Required Qualifications: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong communications skills (oral and written), ability to work cooperatively with military / civilian workforce Working knowledge / understanding of military protocol / chain of command. Degree in Protocol, Military Studies, Communications, Marketing, or Diplomacy (or equivalent experience), experience in scheduling, coordination, and execution of command inspections and knowledge and experience in military protocol (VIP/GO-level)

Former Senior NCO or Officer with similar experience as outlined in this announcement is preferred. Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is Required Location: Fort Benning, GA Travel: Some Travel will be requiredRequired Qualifications: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong communications skills (oral and written), ability to work cooperatively with military / civilian workforce Working knowledge / understanding of military protocol / chain of command.
