Overview

The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading performance monitoring and driving operational excellence across metro Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities. This role focuses on analyzing operational metrics, ensuring contractors meet contractual performance requirements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Employer's objectives. The position requires extensive experience in performance management, particularly within driverless metro systems, and the ability to evaluate KPIs, identify deviations, and ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented. The Senior Performance Manager also plays a key role in planning, auditing, and reporting performance outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance overall system efficiency.

Your role

  • Lead performance monitoring and evaluation of O&M Contractors against contractual requirements
  • Track, analyze, and report operational performance metrics and KPIs
  • Identify deviations from targeted performance levels and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure O&M Contractors propose and implement effective performance improvement measures
  • Monitor, audit, and report on the KPI regime and compliance levels
  • Develop performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Oversee operations planning, especially within driverless metro environments
  • Conduct performance reviews and audits across all operational areas
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic improvements
  • Ensure alignment of operational performance with Employer's objectives
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in performance management or operations
  • Strong experience in monitoring and managing KPIs within large infrastructure or railway projects
  • Proven experience in driverless metro or automated transit systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in operations planning and performance improvement strategies
  • Ability to evaluate complex performance data and implement corrective actions
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
