Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to lead and oversee production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing workflow, production efficiency, team leadership, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production operations, team management, and process improvement within a manufacturing or production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Oversee daily production operations across multiple departments 
  •  Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities 
  •  Coordinate with sales, project management, pre-press, and installation teams 
  •  Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies 
  •  Lead and mentor production supervisors and staff 
  •  Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality 
  •  Support hiring, training, and HR coordination 
  •  Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiatives 
  •  Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained 
  •  Report operational performance to senior leadership 
Requirements

  •  5+ years of operations or production management experience 
  •  Experience in manufacturing, print production, signage, tradeshow, or related industry 
  •  Strong leadership and team management skills 
  •  Experience managing production schedules and workflow systems 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
Preferred Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  •  Experience in print/graphics, large-format production, or manufacturing operations 
  •  Experience managing large teams and multi-department operations 
  •  Strong background in process improvement and operational scaling 
Work Environment

Fast-paced production facility operating extended hours (7 AM – 7 PM, 7 days/week). Role requires active presence on production floor and coordination with multiple operational teams.
