Core Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, scheduling, integration, and completion of new manufacturing program launches.
  • Develop program schedules and coordinate technical studies, product design, testing, prototypes, tooling, equipment, production readiness, and associate training.
  • Lead feasibility, design, equipment, and gate-review meetings.
  • Coordinate die development, quality planning, design changes, and Advanced Product Quality Planning.
  • Build capital, tooling, and purchased-component investment plans and control project spending.
  • Track 5M readiness, launch timing, quoted cost, target cost, and mass-production performance.
  • Present program status, capital requests, and production readiness to executives.
  • Lead cross-functional corrective actions for timing, cost, quality, and product-requirement issues.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manufacturing or technical program experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
