About the Role:
Remitly is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst, who will report to our Senior Manager of Analytics, support key decisions using data and analytics. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be involved in some of the company's most critical business decisions across lifecycle marketing/ winback, and get a chance to work with a highly talented team in a collaborative work environment. You will use your technical skills to produce metrics, design/ read experiments, and influence customer retention strategy.
This role can be based in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA and will require 3+ days in office.
You Will:
  • Analyze metrics across program performance, promotional pricing, channels, past campaigns and explore new business opportunities
  • Deep dive into customer behavior and trends, generating insights that can lead to deeper customer relationships
  • Maintain, improve, and develop dashboards for key performance indicators, while also monitoring and understanding changes in key metrics.
  • Ideate/ design new experiments and present recommendations

You Have:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related area
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong background in AI-assisted SQL
  • Experience doing data analysis with Python or R is a plus

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $132,000-$165,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
