Description
Tharros is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Management Analyst with experience in knowledge management and an expertise with SharePoint. Tharros provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for SharePoint and Jira Confluence development to enhance collaboration and productivity to plan, track, and manage projects and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Directorate DAG (Defense Acquisition) on WMS (Warehouse Management System) taskers related to managing cyber resources and/or personnel.
  • Coordinate with SSO (Special Security Officer) on inbound and new hires.

Requirements
  • Requires an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 3-5 years' experience in knowledge and record management, preferably in a federal government or military environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint and Jira Confluence development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
