We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive Chef for a bench position supporting our Charlotte-area accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef coming from the hotel, resort, restaurant, club, catering, or high-volume hospitality world who wants broader leadership experience, exposure to multiple operations, and long-term growth with a leading foodservice company.

In this role, you will step into Charlotte-area accounts as needed, supporting culinary operations, leading teams, assisting with openings and transitions, and helping maintain strong food quality, service, safety, and financial performance.

Healthcare experience is not required. We are looking for a strong culinary leader who knows how to run a kitchen, develop people, manage costs, create memorable dining experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead culinary operations across multiple Charlotte-area accounts
  • Support accounts during leadership transitions, vacancies, openings, and special projects
  • Manage, train, and motivate culinary teams
  • Develop menus and create high-quality, appealing dining experiences
  • Oversee high-volume food production, catering, and special events
  • Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, inventory, and overall culinary performance
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation
  • Implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary leadership
  • Build strong relationships with clients, operators, and account leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and the guest experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, clubs, catering, contract foodservice, or other high-volume operations
  • Strong background in high-volume production and catering
  • Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, and purchasing
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams
  • Comfortable supporting multiple locations throughout the Charlotte area
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a top foodservice company
