Job description

Due to a recent promotion, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Sports Sales Manager representing 10-12 Hilton hotels in Parks Hospitality Groupโ€™s Portfolio across SC & NC.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused, and results-driven sales professional to lead revenue growth across the sports segment. Youโ€™ll identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with hotel teams to achieve sales goals and ensure an outstanding the client experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities in the Sports market.
  • Prospect for new business and nurture leads through the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person site tours and client meetings to showcase our hotel portfolio and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, brand standards, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sports Sales to prepare forecasts, account plans, and segment-specific sales action plans.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Monitor sports market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and strengthen account performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Partner with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and exceptional service delivery.

  • Minimum of 1 years of hotel sales experience with a focus on sports.
  • Proven ability to close business opportunities and manage multi-property or national/regional accounts.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
