We are seeking a creative leader to join our team, supporting a prominent technology brand. You will work alongside their internal team to help create the ideas, experiences, and fan moments that bring global sports partnerships to life, including those with top-tier international sports teams. Collaborating with the Creative Director, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, you'll transform world-class partnerships into work that truly resonates with fans. From live experiences and innovative content ideas to unexpected activations and cultural moments, you'll help discover fresh ways for the brand to engage and stand out.
We're looking for a highly creative thinker, someone who loves building on ideas, sees possibilities others miss, and is constantly pushing concepts beyond the obvious. The kind of person who gets energized by the creative process and has the craft, instincts, and imagination to turn good ideas into unforgettable experiences.
What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with agencies, rights holders, internal teams, and experience partners to build fan experiences, brand moments, and activation programs.
  • Bring fresh creative thinking and cultural awareness to every stage of development.
  • Find new ways to make ideas bigger, more relevant, and more exciting for fans.
  • Help develop experiences, events, content programs, hospitality concepts, and social extensions that extend partnership platforms beyond traditional sponsorship.
  • Build compelling presentations, concept boards, and creative materials that help ideas come to life.
  • Push work beyond the expected, challenging teams to explore new directions and stronger creative solutions.
  • Stay connected to sports, entertainment, culture, technology, and emerging trends to inspire new ideas and opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in advertising, experiential marketing, brand experience, partnerships, or integrated campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience working with sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or sponsorship-driven brands.
  • A strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio full of original ideas and standout creative work.
  • Ability to build on existing concepts while also generating entirely new ones.
  • Experience taking ideas from concept through production, partnering across creative and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in bringing ideas to life through storytelling, experience design, presentations, creative development, and visual thinking.
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on creative problem solving.
  • A passion for collaboration and building ideas alongside strategists, marketers, agencies, designers, producers, and partners.
  • A genuine passion for creating moments that capture attention, spark conversation, and deepen fan connection.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, entertainment, experiential campaigns, or partnership-driven creative development.
