Green House is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Integrated Marketing to support the execution of integrated marketing programs across key brand initiatives, sports partnerships, and bottler-led activations. This role serves as a critical operational partner to the Integrated Marketing team, helping ensure programs are executed seamlessly from planning through completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and excels at keeping teams organized, informed, and on track. Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Marketing Program Support
  • Support Integrated Marketing Directors in the planning, coordination, execution, and recap of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, presentations, briefs, and status reports.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up activities across internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain organized records of program documentation, approvals, assets, and deliverables.
Program & Activation Execution
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives aligned with annual and quarterly marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestone tracking to ensure successful program execution.
  • Assist with activation logistics, asset management, and execution readiness across multiple marketing initiatives.
  • Track program results, compile recaps, and support post-program reporting and learnings.
Sports Partnerships & Field Marketing Support
  • Assist in coordinating programs involving professional sports partnerships and related marketing assets.
  • Support activation planning, asset tracking, and fulfillment requirements.
  • Coordinate materials and timelines needed to support field marketing and bottler-led initiatives.
  • Help ensure alignment between national marketing programs and local market execution.
Financial & Operational Support
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, expense management, and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with forecasting and budget reporting.
  • Coordinate vendor-related documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
Work Environment
  • This is a fully remote position with approximately 5% travel for team meetings, activations, partner events, and other business-related activities as needed.
  • Candidates must reside in the United States and be available to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or Centrail Time (CT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative remote environment is essential.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, marketing operations, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, sponsorships, sports marketing, or experiential marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking processes.
  • Experience working with franchise, bottler, retail, field marketing, or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Bonus Potential: 10% annually
  • Communication Allowance: $75 semi-monthly
  • Wellness Reimbursement: $50 per month
