Summer Camp Coordinator - Sports Management & Operations Intern
Are you passionate about sports and eager to gain hands-on experience in business management, operations and administration?
Soccer XS is seeking a Summer Camp Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our programs. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of sports management, administration, and business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The Summer Camp Coordinator will work directly under the Operations Manager & CEO, assisting with administrative tasks, logistical planning, and the execution of Soccer XS summer camp and clinic programs. This position will focus on the organization, and management of our summer programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual seeking real-world experience in sports management and business administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager & CEO on daily business operations
  • Manage camp and clinic logistics, registrations, and roster formation.
  • Handle the set-up/break down of company signage, marketing materials and camp equipment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry
  • Visit and support ongoing programs to ensure operational needs are met
  • Help prepare for upcoming events, camps, and clinics
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of Soccer XS programs by managing day-to-day logistics
