Responsibilities

PR + Social Media 

  • Help create PR and social content that gets noticed-from pitching media to supporting influencer campaigns. 
  • Write and edit press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and more (strong writing = big plus). 
  • Build relationships with media contacts and keep our media lists fresh. 
  • Support influencer campaigns: research creators, track metrics, brainstorm ideas, content reviews and Influencer outreach 
  • Monitor daily news and client coverage, compile media monitoring reports and press clippings 
  • Monitor trends and keep an eye on what's happening across news, culture and social platforms. 
  • Bring big, creative ideas to brainstorms and campaigns, support with research, references, and insight gathering 
  • Support live events and activations. 
  • Support with client and campaign research across the board from event and campaign details, to potential brand partners, suitable media contacts and more 
  • Jump into a fastpaced, collaborative environment and keep projects on track. 

Operations + Team Support 

  • Help with media drops, couriers, errands-anything that brings campaigns to life. 
  • Manage mail and courier deliveries. 
  • Support with events and activations as required. 
  • Pitch in with day-today admin that keeps the team running smoothly. 
Qualifications

  • Recent or soon-to-be grad in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.  
  • Strong communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.

  • Social media savvy across major platforms.  
  • Interest or experience in sports, gaming, or relevant brands is beneficial.

Salary  

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
