Job description

As a Sports Tissue Representative within CONMED Sports Medicine, you will be responsible for driving adoption and accelerating growth of our advanced tissue portfolio, with a primary focus on BioBrace and MTF tissue products across your assigned territory.

This is a highly specialized, growth-oriented role designed for a sales professional who can create demand, influence surgeon behavior, and expand utilization of innovative biologic and tissue-based solutions. BioBrace is CONMED’s fastest-growing global product and a major strategic priority for our business, making this one of the most important commercial opportunities in our Sports Medicine portfolio.

In this role, you will partner closely with surgeons, clinical teams, full-line sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to build physician champions, create new opportunities, and establish BioBrace and MTF as preferred solutions in target accounts. Success requires strong clinical credibility, disciplined execution, and an ownership mindset.

Successful Performance Will Be Measured By

  • Achievement of BioBrace-specific sales quota and territory growth objectives
  • Expansion of BioBrace and MTF utilization across existing and new accounts
  • Successful addition of BioBrace to local and regional contracts (ASC, hospital, IDN)
  • Consistent execution within established BioBrace pricing and commercial strategy
  • Development of strong physician champions and sustainable product pull-through

  • Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use and customer confidence
  • Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons, OR staff, and key decision-makers
  • Execute territory-specific market development plans to expand penetration in priority accounts and segments
  • Support local and regional access efforts through value messaging, pricing alignment, and contract execution
  • Analyze territory performance, identify growth gaps, and implement targeted strategies to improve penetration and consistency
  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical stakeholders, and economic decision-makers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required
