About This Opportunity

InComm is seeking a Program Management Intern to support our Offers Program, focused on the end-to-end lifecycle of promotions, discounts, and assistance-based initiatives. Our Internship Program offers aspiring professionals a valuable opportunity to launch their careers. Interns gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment, working on real projects, developing new skills, and gaining insights into the corporate world.

In this role, you will work with InComm’s marketing technology platform, IGO, the largest digital promotional payments network. You will help coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, sales, finance, and merchant/sponsor partners to ensure offers are launched accurately, on time, and with strong business impact. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how offer programs are planned and executed across the InComm retail network. You will gain experience working with the live offer system, retailer integration, program setup, performance tracking, and reconciliation.


Responsibilities
  • Support execution of offers, including approval, setup, maintenance, and closing;
  • Assist in coordinating offer setup, validation, and launch readiness across internal and external stakeholders; Ensure offer accuracy, retailer eligibility, and funding;
  • Partner with InComm cross-functional teams on new retailer integration and setup;
  • Participate in key meetings such as planning, touch-bases, and tech development;
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to live offers (incorrect retailers, expired promotions, invalid UPCs, insufficient funds)
  • Maintain documentation for offer processes, guidelines, and campaign requirements;
  • Support reporting and billing used to manage offer redemptions and funding;
  • Participate in testing and validation of offer functionality, trouble shooting, and new retailer acceptance;
  • Work with internal and external partners for new sponsor onboarding, setup, and testing;

Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. 
  • Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
  • GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
  • Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
  • Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays yearround; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, retail promotions, or digital marketing campaigns;
  • Proficiency in the use of tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint (but if you have experience with SQL, Splunk Query, PowerShell, please call that out in your resume);
  • Must be self-motivated, ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when you are blocked on a task;
  • Excellent oral and written communication; Strong organizational skills;
  • High attention to detail, particularly when working with discounts, funding, and offer setup;
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence;
