Partner Account Manager - Philadelphia, PA
The Partner Account Manager (PAM) serves as the strategic relationship owner for an assigned geography that includes healthcare providers, physician groups, health systems, and referral partners. This role is responsible for growing market adoption, expanding strategic partnerships, increasing referral volume, and ensuring an exceptional experience for providers and patients throughout the referral journey. As the face of Luna within the market, the PAM develops executive-level relationships, identifies opportunities to improve access to clinically appropriate therapy, and collaborates across Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable value to our healthcare partners.
Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to execute against market growth objectives.
The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for building and growing relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, health systems, and referral partners within an assigned territory. This role focuses on increasing referrals, expanding strategic partnerships, and improving patient access to Luna's services.
As the primary point of contact for provider partners, the PAM works closely with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional experience for both providers and patients.
How you will have an impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive referral growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual provider meetings, presentations, and educational events.
  • Analyze referral trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless provider and patient experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing provider feedback and market insights.
  • Support onboarding and adoption of new provider partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and account plans.
  • Represent Luna professionally and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve territory goals for referral growth, provider engagement, and account development.

What you can offer Luna
  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience, including sales, project management, strategic planning, and implementation of broad initiatives.
  • OT/PT license and experience preferred
  • Able to travel within the assigned region as customer needs dictate. Expected 80% of the time.
  • Ability to use G Suite, CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must provide their own vehicle, however, mileage reimbursement will be covered.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
Salary ranges are commensurate on experience and location.
Eligible to participate in the Company's variable compensation program, with an uncapped bonus structure.
