About the Position: This job announcement will fill multiple vacancies for an Interdisciplinary (Project Manager) at the full performance levels (FPLs) of GS-14. GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes: Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams to manage complex infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle; Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans that integrate scope, schedule, cost, and risk; Monitor project portfolio performance to manage technical risks, resolve resource constraints, and ensure successful financial and contractual closeout; AND Negotiate and coordinate strategic plans with diverse stakeholders to resolve complex technical or policy issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
