We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our RV Resort located in historic Rock Springs, Arizona—a destination that has welcomed travelers since the 1800s. Once a vital stop on the Black Canyon Trail, Rock Springs is now known for its scenic beauty, famous pies, and enduring spirit of hospitality.

As General Manager, you’ll play a key role in continuing this legacy—offering guests not just a place to park, but a place to pause, connect, and experience the charm and comfort that have made Rock Springs famous—from its historic roots to its legendary pies. You’ll oversee all aspects of resort operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure every visitor feels at home in this unique and welcoming destination.

Position SummaryThe Resort General Manager is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of Rock Springs RV Resort.  Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests and residents.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Responds to guest inquiries as well as handle any complaints, inquiries and issues and ensures guests and residents receive the highest levels of customer service consistent with CRR's Values.
  • Recommends and implements marketing initiatives to increase reservations and occupancy and promotes the CRR Hospitality RV Resorts brand.
  • Oversees team member selection, training, scheduling and development and ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Conducts team member performance reviews and recommends compensation adjustments.
  • Coordinates with the Activities department for planning and execution of activities and events for our guests.
  • Prepares annual operating budget and manages based on the established property budget.
  • Monitor monthly operating budgets and prepare monthly explanation of P&L variances.
  • Analyze transient, monthly, and seasonal revenue and conduct comparisons at various intervals to identify market trends for the owner.
  • Oversee capital expenditure improvements.
  • Ensures compliance with federal state & local agencies that regulate fair housing laws & resort operations
  • Establish and enforce resort rules and standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
  • General knowledge of property maintenance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
