Wine & Beer Department Associate

Jungle Jimโ€™s International Market is seeking an enthusiastic Wine & Beer Department Associate to join our award-winning team. Our department is second to none, featuring more than 17,000 wine labels and over 4,000 beers from around the world. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for wine and beer who is eager to learn from the best in the business. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining our massive inventory, and assisting with department tastings.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, helping them navigate the selection.
  • Stock, rotate, and face merchandise on the sales floor and displays.
  • Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of wine and beer tastings.
  • Participate in ongoing product training to build your beverage knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in wine, craft beer, and the beverage industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy boxes/cases of product regularly.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
