Floor Manager - Full Time

Job Summary
Join Sharks Restaurant & Billiards as a Floor Manager and play a key role in leading our hospitality team in a dynamic, sports bar and billiards environment. As a full-service restaurant, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent guest service and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for a professional leader who can manage nightly operations, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Operations
    • Oversee nightly floor operations in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant and sports bar environment
    • Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house team and kitchen staff
    • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Team Leadership
    • Coach, train, and support restaurant servers, bartenders, and hospitality team members
    • Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements
