Job description

Wrigley’s Billiards N Brew is a new, locally owned pool hall & bar that’s actively growing, and we’re looking for a bartender who wants to grow with us — not just clock in and clock out.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is patient, dependable, and excited to help build something from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, reliable bartender with a positive attitude

  • Someone who understands that new bars take time to build momentum

  • Team-oriented and willing to help with ideas, promotions, and customer engagement

  • Comfortable working in a pool-hall/bar environment

  • Willing to learn our systems, drinks, and style of service

  • Must be able to verify IDs and follow TABC rules

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and responsibly

  • Provide excellent customer service to regulars and new guests

  • Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized

  • Handle cash and POS accurately

  • Help create a welcoming, fun environment

  • Be flexible as the business grows and evolves

What We Offer

  • A chance to be part of a new bar that’s still growing

  • Opportunity to help shape the culture and vibe of Wrigley’s

  • Consistent scheduling (with room to grow hours as business increases)

  • A laid-back but professional work environment

  • Management that values communication, respect, and teamwork

Important Note

Because we are a new and growing bar, this position is best suited for someone who:

  • Is patient during slower shifts

  • Understands growth takes time

  • Wants to be part of building something long-term

If you’re looking for a place where your effort actually matters and you can help a bar grow, Wrigley’s Billiards N Brew may be the right fit.
