Hybrid - Miami, FL

Directs and oversees ancillary revenue, nightlife, and restaurant operations in accordance with company policies, principles, and procedures.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversight and P&L responsibility for the ancillary revenue within the organization including Billiards, Restaurant Operations, and Nightlife.
  • Drive ancillary revenue growth across the portfolio, with a focused strategy for billiards/pool, and overall nightlife operations, including lounge, bar, and late-night programming.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies, including promoter contracts, social sport league structure and other networked reward and promotional strategies.
  • Planning, organizing, and directing various corporate departments in order to launch said strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate new revenue streams and strategic partnership opportunities across the center portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with promoters, vendors, and community partners to drive foot traffic and brand visibility.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to guide pricing, programming, and expansion decisions.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for ancillary revenue departments, tracking performance against targets.
  • Partner with center General Managers to train and support teams on nightlife, billiards, and dining service standards.
  • Represent the ancillary revenue portfolio in executive and cross-functional meetings, reporting on key performance indicators.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven ability to negotiate and structure contracts with promoters, vendors, and outside partners to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills; a strong team player and people developer.
  • High level of profit and loss capability along with sales and marketing skills and abilities.
  • Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or eight to ten years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
