Job description

Position Summary
The Food & Bar Support Attendant assists with the preparation, finishing, and service of food items while supporting bar operations. This role works in a visible kitchen environment preparing light food items using rapid-cook equipment such as a TurboChef oven, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting the bar team with stocking and operational support. The position requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service (Approximately 80%)
  • Prepare and finish menu items using rapid-cook equipment and simple prep techniques
  • Plate and present food items to brand standards
  • Perform light prep such as portioning, assembling ingredients, and organizing mise en place
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready kitchen area in a fully visible environment
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
  • Restock food items and supplies as needed

Bar Support (Approximately 20%)
  • Assist bartenders with bar back duties including stocking beer, wine, spirits, and glassware
  • Replenish garnishes, ice, and bar supplies during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar work areas
  • Assist with opening and closing duties

Guest Interaction
  • Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests when working in the open kitchen area
