SPA HOST/ESS (FEMALE)
Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Spa Host who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Spa Host, you are the first and lasting impression of the Hualālai Sports Club & Spa-welcoming guests into a serene, luxurious environment dedicated to relaxation, rejuvenation, and well-being. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring each guest feels cared for, comfortable, and valued.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment by greeting every guest with genuine aloha
  • Provide expert knowledge of all spa, fitness, and recreational services to guide and personalize each visit
  • Conduct thoughtful tours and orientations of the Sports Club & Spa facilities
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience, including timely arrivals for appointments
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization across all areas
  • Care for locker rooms, wet areas, lounges, and fitness spaces with attention to detail after each guest use
  • Prepare and present amenities such as aromatherapy towels and refreshments according to Four Seasons standards
  • Ensure all spaces are fully stocked with premium guest supplies and presented impeccably
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and facility readiness
  • Share guest feedback with leadership to continuously enhance the experience
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence and service

WHAT TO BRING
  • This position is assigned to the FEMALE locker room area and, due to the privacy and comfort of our guests, requires a FEMALE Host/ess in accordance with applicable law (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification - BFOQ).
  • A passion for luxury hospitality and wellness experiences
  • Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills
  • Previous spa, fitness, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using computer systems and operational tools
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Required: Valid U.S. work authorization
