ABOUT THIS JOB:

Unlike corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, with a commitment to quality care over profits. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

True Work-Life Balance:
  • Work in the center Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM.
    • Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes.
  • Serve clients in their homes 4:30pm - 6:30pm (up to two days per week).

Training and Support:
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs.
  • BCBAs work within the center and support you in-person.

Career Growth:
  • RBTs get a performance review every 6 months and have the opportunity to be promoted into Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer. As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations.
  • SOS will help you become a BCBA! Success On The Spectrum has obtained several national partnerships with universities around the country. If you work for SOS, you will receive discounted college tuition and free practicum supervision!
