Job description

ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee two Clinics. You will be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly in the center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm.  The Operations Manager will help to lead both the clinical and day-to-day operations of two growing ABA Clinics (13 minutes apart), creating a high-quality, supportive environment where teams and families can thrive. This role oversees clinic operations ensuring strong clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and a positive team culture.  This position is ideal for an experienced leader with operational experience and a history of building strong teams and delivering exceptional care. 

You will get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you will have to travel to Houston for 1 week. 

ABOUT SOS:
Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise with a dedication to quality. We offer ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our nautical centers, in-home, and in-school. Our play-based model emphasizes Natural Environment Training (NET), so we take clients on field trips!  We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

Employee Management:
  • Analyze staffing needs
  • Interview applicants
  • Send offer letters
  • Properly store staff documents
  • Complete background checks upon hire and annually
  • Ensure proper onboarding/training
  • Staff performance reviews every 6 months
  • Ensure all staff certifications are not expired
  • Staff discipline

Operations Management:
  • Budget / Bookkeeping
  • Client/staff Caseload management
  • Review staff satisfaction surveys
  • Review client satisfaction surveys
  • Implement Safety Protocols

Billing:
  • Analyze authorization utilization
  • Send medical claims weekly
  • Record payments
  • Appeal any insurance denials
  • Create patient copay invoices 

Marketing:
  • Plan Minimum 1 community outreach event per quarter 
  • Add attendees info into your Maestro potential client list
  • Manage company facebook page
  • Manager company webpage
  • Analyze client referral sources

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 year's of experience in management
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ABA Experience is Preferred
